Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

   By creating an account or using Bluryo you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

   You must be **at least 18 years old** and legally able to enter a contract.

3. Account & Content

   • You are responsible for all activity on your account.  

   • Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit beyond PG-13.

   • Repeated violations may lead to suspension or deletion of your account.

4. Community Guidelines

   Users must treat each other respectfully. Reports of harassment, impersonation, spam or nudity will be reviewed and may result in content removal or account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

   The Bluryo app, trademarks and all original content remain the property of Armand Kaguermanov. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under Apple’s Standard EULA.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

   The Service is provided “as is”. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. **Our total liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service (which is free), or the minimum amount required by applicable law.**

7. Termination

   You may delete your account at any time in Settings; data is erased within 30 days except where legal retention applies.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
