1. Who We Are  

This mobile application “Bluryo” is operated by Armand Kaguermanov (“we”, “us”).

   Bluryo is a dating & chat service strictly for adults; the Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. What Data We Collect and Why  

   • Age (integer, ≥ 18) – used to verify age-eligibility.  Lawful basis: Contract.  

   • E-mail address (when provided via Apple Sign-In) – used for account login and support.  Lawful basis: Contract.  

   • First name (from Apple Sign-In) – displayed in your profile.  Lawful basis: Legitimate interest.  

   • FCM push token – enables delivery of push notifications.  Lawful basis: Legitimate interest.  

   • Anonymous analytics events (AnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport) – help us understand app performance.  Lawful basis: Legitimate interest.  

   • Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) – help us detect and fix technical issues.  Lawful basis: Legitimate interest.  

3. How We Store Your Data  

   All data is hosted on Google Cloud (Firestore, Storage, Functions) in europe-west1 (Belgium).

4. Sharing with Third Parties  

   Data is processed only by Google Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, Crashlytics, App Check, AnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport).  

   We do not serve ads and we do not sell your personal data.

5. Your Rights  

   You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data.  Contact us at hello@bluryo.com to exercise these rights.  

   You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) or any other competent supervisory authority.

6. Data Retention

   • Account data and push-notification tokens are stored for the lifetime of your account and are erased when the account is deleted.  

   • Crash and analytics logs are retained for diagnostics and are normally overwritten within our analytics platform’s standard retention window (currently 12 months).  

   • You may request earlier deletion at any time (see section 5).

7. Security  

   Data is transmitted over TLS 1.2+ and protected by Firebase security rules; access is limited to authorised personnel only.

8. Automated Decision-Making  

   We do not conduct any automated decision-making or profiling as defined by Article 22 GDPR.

9. International Transfers  

   All processing takes place within the European Economic Area.  We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA.
